Instead, we invite independent roofing contractors to join a network and receive requests from homeowners who are ready to compare options. • Contractors who focus on roof replacement, and who also handle repairs and storm work.
• Providers who can talk clearly about older homes, Cape Cod style roofs and multi-family buildings.
• People who return calls and keep their word.

What We Expect From Providers

Homeowners are trusting an introduction, so we ask providers to keep a few basics in place:

• Current licenses and insurance that meet local requirements.
• Written estimates that spell out materials, labor and scope.
• Honest advice, including telling a homeowner when a repair is enough.
• No pressure tactics. Homeowners should feel comfortable comparing options and taking their time.
• Straight talk about availability, since schedules shift with the weather.

We do not promise a certain number of requests. Volume depends on your area, your services and the season.
